International Women’s Day, Monday 8 March, saw Gulgong and Killarney Heights High Schools launch their 2021 all-female Run Beyond squads.
The Gulgong squad are continuing their strong involvement from 2020 and will commence training in Term 2, ready to hit their goal race in Term 4.
The Killarney Heights crew have kick started their training and refused to let a little rain dampen their enthusiasm. As the first ever supporter school the students will be raising funds to empower other young people, as well as working to achieve their SMART goals. So far they have raised over $1,000!
